Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments
Once you register for an event, your registration is final, and no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of attendance, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

2. Payment Obligations
If payment is not submitted at the time of registration, the registration is still considered a contractual commitment, and full payment remains due.
Failure to submit payment does not void the financial obligation, and outstanding balances will be required in full.

3. Account Standing & Future Registrations
Individuals or organizations with past due payments will be ineligible to register for any future events until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
The organization reserves the right to deny participation in events, programs, or other activities until payment obligations are met.
